I’m not a big fan of diets, but I was impressed with the Ketogenic Diet. Everything is so precise, maybe because it uses actual science. Personally, any guide on this particular diet is a joy to read, but I liked this one in particular because it explained the mechanics without intimidating the reader, and if I was a newbie this book would’ve inspired me to learn further and research. I imagine this would be a good guide for beginners. The recipes would be quite helpful too.

This is a very good book. Looking for a healthy diet to help recover from heart disease and placement of heart stents, I didn’t want to follow the same poor eating habits that got me in trouble. A friend introduced me to the huge benefits of this diet and lifestyle change and I’ve never looked back. The author explains, in a clear and easy to understand way, the benefits and potential pitfalls of Keto and how to adapt to this way of living. I love this book and I learned a lot about keto diet, it’s really worth reading and I definitely recommend this book especially to my friends.

I have had other books about Ketogenic Diet before. However, I found myself liking this book more. I appreciated the whole explanation on what Ketogenic Diet is and how it works and the benefits of the said diet. I loved that the book also provided a list of things to avoid and things to do to enhance the effects of the diet. It’s not just about the diet for this book, it’s the overall health. I can’t wait to try out the recipes.
