Alcoholism: Am I an Alcoholic? No worries is a very helpful book that is detailed well enough to be understood. This book by Tiffany Williams was written in laymans language. Anyone can pick it up and read through it. The author carefully distinguises between Chemical use, Abuse and Addiction. The information in here is capable of helping individuals to determain where they are in relation to their use.

A very helpful book.

Yes, alcohol can seriously hinder a relationship. What makes that hinderance worse is not knowing if you are an alcoholic or not. Most people who are alcoholics don’t think or even believe that they are. That’s why I think this is a great book. Sometimes, pride keeps people from seeing the truth. A book like this can help a person to determine if they have this issue or not. They can then decide to get help. Sometimes, people don’t want their problems blasted all over the universe, or subject to everyone else’s opinions. This book can be the first step that someone needs to take in order to get their life back on track. It’s a great read and if someone is struggling with this issue a great book to give to them. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful information!

I found this book to have a wealth of useful information and definitions regarding all drugs/substances, not just alcohol. The title may not attract those suffering with addictions other than alcohol, so I suggest perhaps tweaking that. The contest is very thorough on most points, but became a little thin toward the end. This author obviously has a great deal to offer as for both information and advice, so I found myself wanting more. I highly recommend this book and others by this author, as she spells it all out in a professional, non-judgmental manner. I look forward to reading more of her books on other topics.

This is a very thoughtful, informative, helpful, and a very caring take on Alcoholism and addiction that occurs on every level. The author not only tells us of its effects, but she also gives us remedies to break that habit and the addictions. This is good book for the entire family and their friends who may benefit from this great read.

I found this book to be very informative; it is filled with help information for people who have an additive problem or has a love one who is addicted to drugs or alcohol. I gave it 5 stars for it’s in depth description about the physical and physiological effects chemical abuse on the body.
